Ongoing Serving Opportunities:
Food Pantries:
Fridays from 5:30pm-7pm at Lighthouse Church
On Friday evenings, we come together to host an outdoor open market food pantry, where we have the joy of sharing groceries for the week and serving a warm, homemade meal to our neighbors. It’s more than just food—it’s a chance to connect, support one another, and build a stronger community.
Thursdays Bi-Weekly from 1pm-2pm at Vallecito 55 Plus Community
This is our offsite food pantry, where we provide groceries to the elderly in our community, ensuring they have the food and support they need.
Community Serve Days:
Join us throughout the year for Serve Days, where we come together to make a real difference in our community! Whether it’s revitalizing neighborhoods, beautifying local schools, serving warm meals to those in need, or teaming up with other nonprofits to help them achieve their missions, every Serve Day is an opportunity to create lasting impact together. Let’s roll up our sleeves, share God’s love, and make a tangible change in the lives of those around us. We’d love for you to be a part of Serve Days!
Benevolence:
At Lighthouse church our benevolence fund is available to help our Church family and our community as we are able to according to funds available and within the limits of responsible stewardship. To apply for help, please contact our church office at 805-480-9999 to set up a time to come in and fill out an application. Our Benevolence oversight team will review the request and contact you to let you know if or how we may be able to assist you.
